    Becoming our tenant

    We are well aware of the importance of providing support to tenants throughout their whole moving process, from filling in the application form, right through to moving into the property.

    We constantly price check all of our competitors to ensure that we have the lowest tenant fees in the area. There is an enormous amount of brand loyalty as many of our tenants will only look for properties through ourselves when they decide to move as they do not want to pay exorbitant tenant fees that are charged by some of our competitors.

    As one of the longest established letting agencies in the area we always have a large choice of properties available ranging from rooms in house shares, studio flats, one/two/three bed flats to large houses. You can be assured of a friendly, professional service at all stages of your property search and throughout the term of your tenancy.

    What We Require

    If you are working (full time):

    • Employer reference
    • Bank statements & 3 months worth of payslips
    • Previous Landlord reference
    • Professional character reference
    • 1 months rent in advance
    • 5 weeks rent as a deposit
    • 1 week`s rent as a holding deposit (refundable)*

    If you are receiving Housing Benefit/DSS:

    • Home Owner Guarantor (someone who owns their own home in the UK)
    • Bank statements
    • Previous Landlord reference
    • 2 Professional character references
    • 6 weeks rent in advance
    • 5 weeks rent as a deposit
    • 1 week`s rent as a holding deposit (refundable)*

    *The holding deposit is refundable providing all references have been completed and tenancy agreed within 15 days. The holding deposit will not be refunded if an applicant fails to take all reasonable steps to enter an agreement such as provide incorrect or false information or if he/she fails right to rent check.

    NOTE – ALL MONIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND REFERENCES COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR TENANCY
