Maximillian Z De Kment CEO - Lovett International & Saxe Coburg
I was educated privately at Grace Dieu Manor Preparatory School and then at Ratcliffe College, but however after ‘O’ levels I was forced to leave due to my mother running out of funds and hence started my journey as a tea boy in an Estate Agents in Hampton Court. I have worked in every single department of Estate Agency, commercial, residential and land from that day to now. I am a keen sportsman, I have played provincial rugby and Junior LTA Tour Tennis. I now sponsor/coach my children to show jump on the affiliated BSJA circuit.
It was always my intention to keep the agency small and specialised as having seven children (two step children) I wanted to see them grow up and not be an absent father as many of my business piers and colleagues.
In 1989 I founded an Estate Agency called Carrington’s Residential who were based in Richmond, Teddington, Kingston and Hampton (South West London). After trading for 8 years, I was persuaded to sell the business for a substantial 7 figure sum. With these monies I then went about building a portfolio of development properties which had a rental income. I could be best described as a careful developer (if that exists!) Every property that I bought had to be rentable and had to have a form of development potential. I then set about maximising this potential and putting in planning applications to re-develop the properties. Once the permissions had been gained, the properties were then re-developed. This method of careful development enabled me at the height to own 497 rental producing properties.
Julian Hewlett Sales Director
I am the Area Sales Director for Lovett International, overseeing all branches across the BH postcode where I deal with all aspects of residential and commercial sales. I have 24 years of local estate agency experience within both corporate and independent agents. I have also worked for a local development company specialising in land acquisitions and new home sales. I joined Lovett International with a view to building a team where customer service is the main focus, and to give honest advice that help people move. I believe we can be market-leaders with innovative ideas combined with traditional hard-work. We have gone from strength to strength, helping people with a friendly professional service.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and I am also a keen sportsman and do a variety of sports.
Charlotte Hannen-Saracoglu Lettings Director
I joined Lovett International as a junior member of the Lettings team in 2006. Through working hard, attending as many training courses as I could and striving to give excellent customer service, I was able to work my way up to my current position as Area Lettings Manager. I find communicating with Landlords, tenants and staff very important and Key. I enjoy negotiating, matching the right tenants to their ideal property, managing a lettings portfolio and ensuring landlords and tenants experience the very best lettings service. I really enjoy working as part of the Lovett team, everyone works together creating a friendly, professional, honest and welcoming atmosphere.
In my spare time I like to dine in new restaurants, hit the gym, explore around different countries and spend quality time with family and friends.
Zdenka Harper MAAT Company Accountant
I joined Lovett International in 2003 and have had a series of promotions and I am now the Senior Accounts Administrator. I am also currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant. Prior to 2003 I studied Business at an Academy in Slovakia.
I have been very happy working at Lovett International; every day is different and certainly being based in Boscombe lends to a very colourful life. I am very pleased with the help and support I have had from my employer in allowing me to take one day a week off towards pursuing my vocation of constantly improving my toolset in the world of accounts.
Dave Kunzi Sales Manager
I first entered into Estate Agency back in 2004 and have additionally been in a Sales Manager role for the last six years. I feel confident about bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. From my experience I feel I have a solid understanding of the property market and can offer superlative advice to all clients.
In my spare time I am a keen football fan, I enjoy renovating my own home over in Broadstone and I am actually a black belt in Judo – I once represented Great Britain! Don’t mess with the manager!
Zdenka Faustino Lettings Manager
Following on from my previous lettings and operational career I joined Lovett International in February 2016 as Senior Lettings Negotiator. I have always had a keen interest in all aspects of property, whether that would relate to management, development or design, and so being able to work in the industry has been amazing.
I work alongside Charlotte the Area Lettings Manager, helping with the management and development of our existing portfolio of residential properties, as well as growing new business.
In my spare time I enjoy a John Grisham novel, travelling, spot of DIY and of course spending time with my husband and our little spoiled shih-tzu.
Abigail Bacon Lettings Negotiator
Throughout my career I have always been at the heart of customer service and this was something that I wanted to continue when looking for a new opportunity. I’ve always been interested in property and jumped at the chance to join Lovett after hearing about their award-winning Estate Agency. My role as a Property Maintenance Coordinator proves to be challenging and ensures that no two days are the same. This role is exciting and it’s the perfect role for me to develop my current knowledge and skills.
When I’m not at work I enjoy catching up with friends and family, dining out in nice restaurants, going for bike rides and kayaking.
Cailey Hart Lettings Negotiator
After completing my sixth form work experience with Lovett International at the age of 17 years old, I always knew I wanted to come back and be a part of a dynamic team.
Having worked for another local Estate Agent for four years overseeing the Lettings, I feel I have gained a lot of valuable experience. I believe that it is very important to ensure the process of Lettings is a smooth experience for both the Landlord and the prospective tenant and to give overall an excellent service.
I recently joined Lovett International in August 2020 and I am thrilled to be pursuing my career with Lovett’s and to provide a personal service to each and every client.
In my spare time outside of work I really enjoy trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends and going out for walks along Mudeford Quay with our Pug and Labrador.
Clair Clarke Sales Progressor
I started my career in Estate Agency in 1992 for a well known agency in Dorset. I simply fell in love with the job and quickly progressed from a trainee all the way to through to managing my own Branch. I went on to being a Director overseeing several offices and over 20 new home developments. 25 years later and I am delighted to be working for Lovett as their sales chaser.
I sincerely think excellent agency is all about open communication with the parties involved and keeping people informed whatever the progress may be. I have passion, desire and professionalism to ensure that all is done to achieving that goal of getting our clients to be able to complete the purchase of their chosen property. Myself and the sales team communicate so well to ensure we deliver that service to you.
It is wonderful that I am dedicated to this role and can give my time and experience to this specific and important process. Once a sale is agreed it takes time, patience and determination liaising with solicitor’s, mortgage advisors and other parties involved.
I volunteer for LEAF which is a Leukaemia/Blood Cancer Charity based in Wimborne that’s very close to my heart, spending time with my lovely boy Oliver and time at the beach!

Having moved from London to the Bournemouth area, I’m very happy to be working for Lovett International. The professionalism, team work, and friendly staff inspire confidence in the customers and clients that we serve.
My previous estate agency roles included lettings and sales negotiation, along with property management. I enjoy working in a support role as it utilises my customer facing skills, knowledge of the lettings process, and my admin skills. It’s a busy office where no two days are the same, and where my knowledge and skills are continually developed. I gain great satisfaction in helping each customer find their perfect home and for the process to be quick, easy and efficient for them.
Outside of work I enjoy time spent with my family, cooking, cycling and exploring the wonderful Dorset coastline and the New Forest and Purbeck National Parks.

I am currently starting my career with Lovett Estate Agents after completing my A Levels this year. I have worked previously in a variety of customer service roles and feel I have developed invaluable experience. I have always had a passion for property and I am thrilled to be pursuing a career with Lovett.

Louise Pujol Lettings Administrator
I’ve recently joined Lovett International and bring with me over 20 years experience within administration and customer service and 2.5 years of working within Lettings and Property Management.
I work alongside the Lettings team arranging the references, Tenancy agreements and general move in details for new tenants. It is wonderful to be able to provide keys on the day of move in and know you have helped towards a new home for people to settle into.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, studying biblical history and walking along the beautiful Dorset coastline.
