Being a successful business man (having sold his first business for a seven figure sum) Maximillian invested in eighty rental properties in Bournemouth, culminating in 500 at his height. After quickly and successfully letting these, Maximillian soon realised that Bournemouth and surrounding areas are prime hubs for the lettings market.

Maximillian then launched his very own Lettings Agency, which looked after his own growing portfolio, as well as other Landlords. Success breeds success as they say and soon the company launched a Sales division.

This was twenty years ago and the rest is history. Maximillian De Kment now owns two Estate Agency brand, operating in the south west of England.

They provide detailed feedback after every viewing, including a weekly statistics report. We have also launched Lovett Anytime which means our customers can have their own individual login, which takes them to a portal which shows their sales progression. From viewing feedback to Rightmove statistics, our customers can access their property reports 24/7 by the click of a button,” concludes Maximillian De Kment.

Lovett Offices are open every week day until 6pm, and Saturday until 4pm to sell your home. We also book viewings on Sundays and Bank Holidays whenever required.
