The mighty Vulcan will be taking to the skies on Sunday and the Typhoon is flying every day except Thursday.
What’s new this year?
The MiG 15 and Hawk T2 Role Demo will be making their first appearance at the Air Festival. Last seen in 2011, French aerobatic team Patrouille Reva, return to Bournemouth along with the Matadors Aerobatic Team. Be mindful of the weather this weekend, winds and cloud coverage can affect some of the displays or lead to cancellations. Keep an eye out for the weather forecast closer to the Air Festival. Currently weather is looking promising!
There are many bars and restaurants to visit during the festival, on the beach and off the beach. There are hospitality packages still available with the best views from some great venues. If you prefer sitting back and chillin’ on the beach, there are plenty of pop up food stalls and bars or you can always bring your own picnics and beach feasts.
We all love the air festival here and we really embrace it, it just puts it into perspective we are all so lucky we get events like this to enjoy in our home town. We certainly ‘Lovett Where We Live!’
We ‘ll see you there! Bring the Noise!
